This product works exactly as described. It disinfects as it cleans. Also, you can use it as a hand held cleaner. I am enjoying using this steam mop. It has made cleaning up a breeze.

I've only used one attachment, it was the copper bristle brush to clean grout on floors in kitchen and bathrooms. It worked amazing. I did order 4 more of the copper bristle brushes but I got them much cheaper elsewhere, not Thane. I also used distilled water. I had read a recommendation about that and thought that might prolong the life of the machine or prevent having to descale. I'm planning to learn to use more attachments for cleaning shower and windows and blinds. Completely satisfied.
